OUR OPERATION
All the members contributors benefit from services which returns the Association to its members, can help us and postulate to be a member of the Administrative Council (AC). The AC decides on project to implement during its mandate and consists of the President of Branch, a Secretary, a Treasurer and the various Persons in charge of departments.
Association Departments
Each Department is managed by a Leader and consists of a maximum of 10 volunteer members. The 2018-19 mandate departments are :
Shares information related to the Association and promotes our actions.
COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT
Organizes events related to veterinary medicine (conferences, Symposia, training...).
VETERINARIAN EVENTS DEPARTMENT
Hosts festive events such as galas, student parties, etc...
receptions and parties department
Organizes cultural and sporting events (outings, tours, tourism, hiking, tournaments...)
CULTURAL AND EXTERNAL EVENTS DEPARTMENT
This department organises several sport activities (handball, tennis, Basketball, ...)
SPORT DEPARTMENT
Make a work of doorstep selling and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain our partners' circle.

The annual elections of the Administrative Council renewal
The AC renewal elections are held in November and take place in two phases :
ELECTION OF THE NEW BRANCH PRESIDENT
The Branch President shall be elected by all Members. Once elected, the President chooses a Secretary and a Treasurer and decides the number and quality of the different association's departments. All the the contribution members wishing to be a member of these departments are then invited to postulate and to choose the departments into which they wish to bring their help in order of preference.
